Mary J. Biacsi, Esq.
Family Law Attorney
Mary J. Biacsi focuses on Collaborative Divorce and Mediation. After many years of practicing in the litigation arena as an advocate for her clients and representing hundreds of children as a Guardian ad Litem, she witnessed first-hand the havoc that the litigation process inflicts on families. She believes there is a much better way to address problems facing a family during a difficult transition, namely the Collaborative Process Divorce or Mediation. These alternative methods to litigation provide a couple with a safe space to address their differences in a dignified, respectful and private manner. Mary truly believes that with the right support and knowledge a couple can come to a resolution that meets their family’s specific and unique needs.
