John Zoller is a principal at Zoller|Biacsi Co LPA, a firm concentrating on family law in Ohio since 1992. John, an Ohio Super Lawyer since 2004 and a Board Certified Specialist in Family Law by the Ohio State Bar Association since 2000, spent many of his 28 years of practice litigating a wide variety of custody and financial issues. Finding few clients truly satisfied with the Gladiator Paradigm, he has steadily shifted his focus toward non-adversarial solutions for his clients. In addition to receiving extensive training in mediation and in the Collaborative process of divorce, he has delivered many seminar presentations and taught Family Law at the college level.
Recent years have focused on “the fifth element”; the allocation risk in divorce outcomes. Risk allocation is particularly critical in small business and high asset divorce matters. John received his BA in English from Ohio Wesleyan University and his Juris Doctorate from Ohio Northern University. John received three awards from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children for his work in international custody disputes. He has served in leadership positions with the Family Law Section of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and is a founding member of the Cleveland Academy of Collaborative Professionals.
