Lynn was admitted to the practice of law in the state of Ohio on November 8, 1999. She received her undergraduate degree from Youngstown State University in 1993 with a major in Psychology and went on to earn her law degree from the Akron University School of Law in May 1999.
Lynn served as an Assistant County Prosecutor for Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office in the Children and Family Services Division from 2001-2004, and as an associate attorney at the law firm of Phillips & Mille Co. L.P.A until 2014. Today, she continues her dedication to family law through her private practice in Brecksville, Ohio.
Lynn is committed to the use of alternative dispute resolution processes whenever possible. She has received additional training and certifications to serve as a Guardian Ad Litem, a Parenting Coordinator, and as a Family Law Mediator. She previously worked for Cuyahoga County Domestic Relations Court and Summit County Juvenile Court as a Mediator helping families resolve issues involving custody and visitation. Additionally, Ms. Seifert is trained in the Interdisciplinary Collaborative Divorce process.
Lynn is currently a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, the Cleveland Academy of Collaborative Professionals, the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, Family Law Section, and she is currently serving as a co-chair for the Mediation Practice Group of the Center for Principled Family Advocacy.
